Forming, norming, storming, performing, termination...the stages of the formation and ending of a group were discussed today. It is safe to say that CEO West is in the forming stage, learning more and more each day about how we think, behave, and feel. Next it was time to challenge the team to become the fastest hula hoop-passing-through-company in the country. By listening to all ideas, thinking outside the box, trying new things, etc. the team went from 1 minute 30 seconds down to 20 seconds to get all 19 members through the hoop.
