If you know Ken Burn, former Juvenile Probation Officer to Director of Court Services and former WACC Student Services Coordinator, than you know someone who is great at building relationships and making connections. Ken framed his talk around several thought-provoking statements. "My normal is not your normal." and "Who is on your Mt. Rushmore?" He emphasized learning to communicate with a wide range of people different than yourself and being conscience of really hearing, not just listening.
