The room is always a-buzz on mentor day and the energy is inspiring! After two monthly meetings of getting to know all the students and mentors, West CEO students and business professionals were matched. They spent the 45 minutes in small groups getting to know each other better, then discussed what makes a successful mentor-mentee relationship, next, got input regarding their class business ideas, and lastly, broke into pairs to close the session.
