It was a great day at Santa's Bakery, with both children and some adults decorating cookies! The project helped CEO students continue to work on their team efforts--communicating and problem-solving. CEO West definitely learned some things along the way. A common conversation in class is to have a strong "say-do" ratio...do what you say, by when you say you will do it, and communicate along the way. The students' Say-Do ratio was excellent through this process. Leaving our borrowed space neater than you found it...we call the "wow factor." Now onto finances: bills, income, profit. We can't wait to present a check to Festival of Trees/Hospice. Thank you to everyone who support our project!
