East class met with RJ Gabaldon, CEO of Axiom Wealth Advisors, with locations in Dixon, Sterling, and now Monroe, WI. RJ discussed his business, including his “secret sauce” which students will need to learn about very soon for their own business. He provided examples of the importance of compound changes, and how it not only works in the world of finance, but also in personal and professional lives as well. The students felt comfortable enough to ask him about his failures, which he talked about with enthusiasm because RJ is not afraid of failure. He fails everyday and knows that failing is a huge part of success. We are always so thankful for RJ and his team for giving their time to the CEO program each year.
