Where to start! First of all, this is definitely a photo dump of the West CEO students leading up to and the night of Horses and Hats. (I always wish I’d taken more pics!!!!) It is an important night that represents students hashing out an idea and bringing it to fruition with as little facilitator involvement as possible. I am very proud of this team. It was inspiring to watch them figure things out and make best decisions. I love being able to say things like, “You decide” or “whatever you think” and then let them go. I can’t wait to debrief with them tomorrow in class. I will conclude with the words “thank you” which are hardly enough for the support we received. Facilitator Le
