Scott Hibbard and Corey Gabler, co-owners and Dan McLain gave an extensive tour of Sterling Woodworks on Friday. The tour started in the production area, through finishing rooms (stain or paint), build area, design, shipping, and showroom. Along the tour business tidbits regarding decision-making (educate yourself), relationships (be transparent), and weaknesses (own them) were discussed. The importance of succession planning, data collection, protocols and systems, competition, and time management were just a few of the topics. The visit ended in the showroom, an area showcasing beautiful displays of many options for clients. This transitioned into a photo opportunity! Enjoy!
