The Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce was the site of Tuesday's business visit which was led by Executive Director, Dallas Knack. Also joining her was board member Alejandro Rivera, RE/MAX Sauk Valley. Students learned about the roles of SVACC and key partners which include business members, executive board members, ambassadors, and volunteers. Students also spent time with Josh Johnson, Sterling Riverfront Development Committee Chair, who focused a 3 phase plan for the riverfront park. Students left with a much better understanding of the difficulties and roadblocks of such a big project.
