Charles Johnson, CEO West student, attended a Fish Swap Show in the Quad Cities this past weekend, showcasing his passions: fish, aquatic environments, terrariums, etc. Sales were not the only way to measure success as he reported that he was happy with how his display looked and learned a lot. Who knows, this experience may morph into his individual business for the spring trade show!

On another note Monday found students presenting the results of their $2 to $100 project. The project drives the first discussion of "cash flow" and a profit and loss sheet. If you were out an about the past few weeks you may have seen each CEO student trying to reach their $100 goal. From yard work to lemonade stands, donuts at a local race event to golf ball sales, homecoming corsages/boutonnieres to a boo basket raffle, and everything in between...we thank you for your generous support! West students now have a beginning balance for supplies as they move forward with new projects.
