Pastor Daniel Swihart, Open Door Community Church Pastor, gave CEO students a guide to improving their public speaking. He covered voice (pitch, volume, pace, environment), body language (hand gestures, eye contact, facial expressions), amplification (types and uses of different microphones), and types of notes (manuscript, outline, slides) used for delivery. With each point made, every student got on stage and practiced. A very important lesson to remember for today is that public speaking can be practiced and improved upon.
