The first semester of CEO West has come to a close with students coming and going as they must take semester exams this week back in their home schools (7 schools represented!). With less than full attendance, tours and speakers are not a great choice, so students were tasked with presenting to their peers. Podcasts, articles, books, whichever mode preferred, a topic of choice, and at least one slide with bullet points...were the only directions. It was 2 days of excellent information on topics such as procrastination, motivation, faith in the work place, peer communication, goal setting, stocks, budgeting, opening a niche business, and more.
P.S. I'm so proud of the progress and growth of this class, collectively and as individuals. I will miss them over break! Le :)
