Recently East CEO students created vision boards which inspired the West class to want to do the same. Sounds like a great opportunity to pull a facilitator switch-a-roo!
I had a great time with the East Class, though our topic was probably not as fun as having Emily walk my class through their board creations. We talked about Emotional Intelligence and it's role in good leadership and boy, they had some great questions and insights! I hope each will think a little more deeply about the 5 components: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. And that the students will find meaning for themselves. Thanks for a great day, complete with a last minute selfie after a few had already left! West Facilitator, Le Hartman
