Ashlee Alber, owner and operator of Culver's in Rock Falls, hosted the CEO class on Monday, which included some great treats and a demonstration on how to prepare a better butter burger. Consistency with very specific procedures ensures that customers always get the expected result at high standards. Students learned what a KPI is and that the RF Culver's location is one of the busiest in the region, opening in 2001. The interactive day included a small group challenge with students coming up with a business, a business name, and two core values representative of their company. Also in attendance was former CEO student Braeden Thome (class of 2024), Assistant Manager, and John Kelly, General Manager.
